I loved how spacious my room was and the convenient free breakfast made my mornings easier while exploring the nearby Mississippi Governor's Mansion and Old Capitol Museum, which were both just a few minutes away on foot.

I loved the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, with its bright, modern décor and spacious common areas that were easy to navigate. The staff was attentive, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was delightful with plenty of options!

More accessible elevators for seniors would be great.

Clean, spacious room with a convenient kitchenette and a nice location just off the interstate. Breakfast options included decent vegetable omelettes and sausages, adding a nice touch. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't functional due to a power issue with the window unit, which was inconvenient. Check-in was smooth, but I noticed some staff were not very accommodating to their new colleagues, which was off-putting. Overall, a solid experience for the price, despite a few hiccups.

I had a great experience staying in a suite with ample space, perfect for my family. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided helpful dining recommendations during our stay. However, I thought the breakfast options could have been more varied to enhance the morning experience.

I enjoyed my recent stay at holiday inn express. My previous visit in jackson set expectations, but this time the breakfast was excellent with a variety of hot items. The room was spacious and comfortable, far exceeding what i encountered before.
